Indonesia is struck by two earthquakes

The European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) reported that Kepulauan Batu, Indonesia, was the site of two earthquakes that were roughly magnitude 6 on Sunday morning.

Kepulauan Batu had two earthquakes on Sunday, the first of which had a magnitude of 6.1 according to the EMSC and the second of which occurred just hours later with a magnitude of 5.8.

According to EMSC, the depths of the first and second earthquakes were respectively 43 km (26.72 miles) and 40 km (24.85 miles), according to a story in the Hindustan Times.
